Description

The 1-1/8″ Aluminum Python Flange Collar is a split hub collar designed with an integral Flip-Lok lever-operated clamp, allowing quick, one-handed adjustments without the need for wrenches. Its thumbscrew tension nut provides secure, repeatable clamping, making it ideal for rapidly setting stops in linear and rotary applications. Manufactured from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum, the collar is capable of handling up to 200 lbs. of axial load, delivering reliable performance while remaining easy to operate. Common applications include bagging and packaging machinery, paper handling equipment, laboratory instruments, and other systems requiring fast, tool-free positioning and adjustment.
